House Rules
- No smoking is allowed inside the property. Violations will incur a $300 fee and potential damage costs.
- Pets are allowed for a fee. Bringing undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fine per pet. Supervision is recommended for pets in the backyard.
- Events or parties are prohibited without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
- Quiet hours are enforced between 9 pm and 8 am. Violations of noise ordinances may result in fines of up to $10,000.
- Occupancy is limited to bed count plus two additional individuals using rollaway beds.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heat must be requested 48 hours in advance and is not available from May 1st to October 1st. Spa heat is complimentary.
- During summer, pool temperatures may rise due to high desert temperatures; the temperature is not controlled.
- Pool heat and spa heat cannot operate concurrently.
- Be mindful of wildlife, such as insects and snakes, and avoid leaving doors and windows open.
- Some garage spaces are reserved for housekeeping and not accessible to guests.
