- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Violations of noise ordinances can lead to fines up to $10,000.
- Unauthorized parking at the Recreation Center is prohibited and may result in fines over $500.
- There is NO street parking allowed. Violations can lead to fines exceeding $1,000.
Use of Amenities
- Due to wildfire risks, outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are not allowed. Violations may incur fines starting at $5,000.
- Outdoor furniture and grills are not available during winter months.
- Garbage must be disposed of at the designated Homeowners Dumpster Area. Failure to do so will result in fines.
