- Occupancy limits must be respected and quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Violations of noise ordinances may lead to fines up to $10,000.
- No street parking. Fines begin at $1,000 for violations; repeated offenses may lead to permit revocation.
Use of Amenities
- Use of any outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills is strictly prohibited due to wildfire risk, with fines starting at $5,000 for violations.
- Outdoor furniture and grills are unavailable during winter months.
- The house features an electric bear fence for safety, which can be deactivated upon arrival.
