- Outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, and charcoal grills are prohibited due to wildfire risk; violations result in fines starting at $5,000.
- Tamarack features an electric bear fence that can be deactivated upon arrival.
- Homes have no air conditioning.
- It is advisable to deny access to third-party vendors not adhering to PPE standards.
