- Pets are allowed, but undisclosed pets without approval will incur a fine of $500 per pet.
Use of Amenities
- Outdoor furniture and grills are unavailable during winter months.
- Use of outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills is strictly prohibited due to wildfire risks. Violations result in fines starting at $5,000.
Parking
- Only 2 marked parking spots in the front are available. No garage or street parking is allowed. Violations result in fines of $1,000 or more, and the permit may be revoked after three violations.
