- Unauthorized parties or events are prohibited and subject to fines.
Use of Amenities
- Due to wildfire risks, outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are prohibited. Fines start at $5,000 for violations.
- The beach across the street is semi-private. Guests have access, but it's shared with neighbors.
- The private buoy is available for rent at an additional fee.
- During winter, outdoor furniture and grills are unavailable.
Parking
- Parking is restricted to a long tandem four-car driveway.
- No street parking is allowed. Violations can lead to fines starting at $1,000, and the permit may be revoked after repeated infractions.
