The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, with plenty of space to gather, while the fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, dining area, WiFi, central heating, ceiling fans, and in-home washer and dryer make longer stays feel easy and relaxed. A quiet reading nook adds an extra cosy touch for slower mornings or peaceful evenings indoors.
With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, the layout is well suited to families and groups, including two king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, and a fifth bedroom with a double and twin bed. One of the highlights is the detached studio-style bedroom tucked beneath the deck, offering a private entrance and extra independence. Outside, the home continues to impress with a terrace, landscaped gardens, an alfresco dining area, and a BBQ for laid-back meals under the trees. After a day of exploring, the hot tub is the perfect place to unwind beneath the stars. The location is another standout, with access to a private beach area across the street featuring a pier, swim area, and picnic grounds, while additional beaches, scenic trails, Tahoe City, and popular ski areas are all within easy reach.
