Environmental and Safety Guidelines
- The property plows and clears the driveway and one pathway. Guests are encouraged to use provided shovels for other areas.
- Cars must carry chains during winter months due to potential rapid changes in weather, especially since the property is on an access road.
Use of Amenities
- ALA wristbands can be purchased for limited swimming and fishing access.
- There is no access or use of Lake Arrowhead facilities. Use of other nearby lakes is permissible.
