- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am; loud outdoor noise, music, or noise carrying from inside the home should be avoided

- Maximum occupancy is limited to four guests, and overnight occupancy must not exceed the approved number of guests

- Parties and gatherings are not permitted unless approved in writing in advance

Pool, Spa and Outdoor Amenities
- Use of the pool and spa is at guests’ own risk, with extra care required around children
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult when using the pool or spa
- Posted safety precautions for the spa must be followed
- Guests should shower before and after using the hot tub to help protect the filters
- Non-breakable drink containers should be used in the pool and spa areas
- Do not add bubble bath, oils, or any other substances to the pool or hot tub water
- If the hot tub temperature is adjusted, it must be returned to its original setting after use
- Low, cloudy, or dirty water should be reported promptly; guest misuse may result in maintenance charges
- Appliances, BBQ, pool, hot tub, and outdoor areas should be left clean and in good condition
Property Care and Safety
- Only toilet paper should be flushed; feminine products, wipes, dental floss, paper towels, and similar items must not be put in the toilet
- Toilets may have a weaker flush and the property may use a septic system, so limiting toilet paper helps prevent clogs
- Trash, recycling, and discarded items should be securely bagged and placed in the proper containers
- Food should be removed from the refrigerator and microwave, and surfaces should be left clean
- Doors and windows should be locked whenever guests leave the home
- Any accidental damage should be reported before departure to remain eligible for applicable coverage
Maintenance, Access and Vendors
- Routine services such as pool care, landscaping, trash removal, and pest control should not be refused or interrupted
- Missed service charges caused by guests turning vendors away may be passed on to the guest
- Outside vendors, such as chefs, massage therapists, or yoga instructors, require prior approval
- Up to two approved outside vendors may be allowed beyond the property’s maximum occupancy
- Guests are responsible for any issues, claims, injuries, theft, or damage connected to vendors they invite
- The property may be entered as needed to investigate disturbances, verify occupancy, check for damage, complete repairs, or coordinate approved showings with prior notice where applicable
