- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Violating this policy results in a $300 smoking fee and liability for fire or property damage.
- Pets are allowed at Eagle Ridge Retreat for a fee; Linaker Lodge allows service animals. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Occupancy limits must be respected at all times, including infants and visitors.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and may incur additional fees; unauthorized gatherings will be shut down and fined.
- A Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy must be signed prior to your stay.
Use of Amenities
- Outdoor activities are not allowed from 10 pm to 7 am.
- No amplified sound is permitted outdoors at any time. Indoor sound must not be audible at the property line.
- Use the hot tub at your own risk.
Additional Guidelines
- During winter (November through March), all vehicles must carry chains, and 4-wheel drive vehicles are recommended.
- Street parking is not allowed; adhere to onsite parking limits.
- Third-party vendors may service the property, but guests should ensure vendors adhere to health guidelines, including wearing PPE.
