- Smoking is prohibited on the property. Violation will result in a $300 fee and potential additional costs for damages.
- Events or parties are not permitted without prior approval. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down, and fines will be assessed.
Use of Amenities
- Guests must dispose of trash at the local dumpsite as per the City of Big Bear policy. Additional charges apply if trash is left on the property.
- The kayaks on-site are not available for guest use.
- During winter (November through March), all vehicles must carry chains.
