- A minimum age of 25 years is required for the primary renter.
Use of Amenities
- External landscape vendors access the home weekly and have access to the backyard.
- Public-facing security cameras may be installed for safety and security purposes.
- Amenities, if not functioning, will be addressed, and compensation may be provided up to 10% of affected nights. Guests must notify management for remediation efforts.
Additional Notes
- A Pack & Play and highchairs are available for rent at $40 each.
- A laundry bag will be provided 1-2 days prior to departure and should be left where placed.
