- The property is smoke-free. Violations will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and responsibility for any fire or property damage.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced. Violations of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are prohibited without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed.
Use of Amenities
- Use of the hot tub and indoor pool is included, with the pool heated year-round at no extra charge.
- The top floor has air conditioning, but due to large windows on the main level, the area may become warm during the day.
Safety and Accessibility
- The driveway, with a steep incline, should be used cautiously if covered in snow or ice, despite being heated.
- Open fires and fireworks are banned within Park City limits due to local fire code regulations.
