Puerto Pollensa 5 is a waterfront apartment, stylish and welcoming, perfectly located right in front of the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa. Providing sensational views together with a wide array of facilities nearby, this apartment combines a prime location with the most modern comforts and is able to accommodate up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms.
Inside, the large open-plan and air-conditioned lounge is equipped with comfortable sofas, armchairs, dining table, wi-fi internet and satellite tv. Big patio doors lead to the private sea-facing terrace, furnished and perfect for enjoying a drink while admiring the glorious views. The separate kitchen is fully equipped including 4 cooking rings, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The apartment has 3 bedrooms: a double, a twin and a single. The double bedroom has direct access to the terrace as well as beautiful views to the sea. There are 2 bathrooms (with bathtub + shower over): one is en-suite to the single bedrooms while the other one is shared by the 2 remaining bedrooms.
Thanks to its location this apartment is perfect also for all those guests who do not wish to rely on a car during their holiday as facilities of any kinds are virtually at your doorstep!
