Villa Katerina is a comfortable villa with a great garden as well as private swimming pool, set in a very peaceful and relaxing location: it sits at the countryside outside Pollensa with views across to the distant mountains of the Formentor Peninsula. Inside, a mixture of traditional elements and modern comforts turn this villa into a perfect family holiday home with a true Mallorcan soul. The villa has 3 welcoming, air-conditioned bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 guests.
On the ground floor there's a lounge, dining area and kitchen. Two of the bedrooms are also on the ground floor (both with twin beds). These rooms share a full bathroom with a bath and a shower. A staircase leads out of the lounge to an open-plan lovely double bedroom with antique Mallorcan furniture. This room also has an en suite bathroom and a terrace with fantastic views over farmland to the mountains. The layout - with most of the rooms on the ground floor - makes it a great house for families with young children, or those with walking difficulties.
Villa Katerina has really well-designed and relaxing gardens, full of palm trees, cacti, Mediterranean trees and shrubs, ideally for relaxing and providing shade when necessary. There's a lovely pool surrounded by a sun-terrace and wide lawns. A covered terrace runs along the back of the house overlooking the garden and pool. This is a lovely place to sit and enjoy meals whilst looking across to the distant mountains.
Pollença is a charming and historic town in northern Mallorca, known for its cobbled streets, traditional stone buildings, and vibrant cultural scene. Nestled between the Tramuntana mountains and the sea, it offers a perfect blend of mountain views and Mediterranean charm. At the heart of the town lies the bustling Plaça Major, lined with cafés and the impressive 18th-century church of Nostra Senyora dels Àngels. Visitors can explore a mix of art galleries, boutiques, and local markets that give the town a distinctly creative and authentic feel. The nearby Port de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç offer easy access to beaches, watersports, and scenic coastal walks, making Pollença a favourite base for both relaxation and adventure. Its location also makes it ideal for hiking, cycling, and exploring the dramatic Tramuntana range. With its blend of history, culture, nature, and access to the sea, Pollença captures the essence of Mallorca’s northern charm.
