The stunning Pollensa 12 is an exciting property providing unique comfort in great location between Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. This stone-built villa is set within manicured gardens, perfectly landscaped and attractively furnished, housing a large private pool and providing relaxing views over the surrounding unspoilt nature. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air-conditioning and design furnishing, Pollensa 12 is the perfect choice for an unforgettable holiday on Mallorca.
The villa is set over 2 floors, recently renovated to the highest standard with the aim to provide a superior holiday experience to our guests. On the groundfloor there are a lounge, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. There are also a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both share a family bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor where a corridor leads to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (jacuzzi bath) and a twin bedroom and a family shower room. On the upper floor there is an attractive covered terrace with sofas and ping-pong table, providing unobstructed views over the Mallorcan countryside.
Beautiful gardens surround this traditionally designed stone villa complemented with a beautiful fountain. A perfect combination for a relaxing walk throught the gardens. The large private pool measures 8m x 4m (depth is between 0.8m - 2m) and access is via Roman Steps. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided to the guests.
Please Note: Air conditioning available from 14:00-16:00 and from 20:00-08:00.
