- Events or parties are only allowed with prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down and fined.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not permitted inside Wild Dunes.
- The fireplaces in the property are not available for guest use.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Violations of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
Use of Amenities
- Guests must supply their own beach and pool towels.
- Beach chairs and toys are not included, but a $250 beach gear credit is available for qualifying reservations.
- Pool access requires a pool card from May to September, though pools are open year-round and unheated.
- Access to Grand Pavilion pools, cafes, and restaurants is included, while other Wild Dunes facilities, like golf and spa services, require separate bookings.
