- No pets allowed; undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- No street parking; the driveway accommodates 4 - 5 cars.
- The fireplace is not for guest use.
- Occupancy includes an additional two guests beyond bed count with trifold floor mattresses and linens available upon request.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and is not available between April 1st and October 1st.
- No live TV; only streaming apps are available for guests to sign into.
Fines and Penalties
- Unauthorized parties or events will be fined.
- Violation of no-smoking policy results in a $300 fee.
- Undisclosed pets incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Noise ordinance violations are subject to fines up to $10,000 per violation.
