- No smoking allowed on the property. Violation incurs a $300 smoking fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are not permitted. A fine of $500 per pet applies if undisclosed pets are brought into the home.
- Occupancy limits must be adhered to, including a provision for an additional two guests beyond the bed count.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm to 8am. Violations related to noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and may incur additional fees. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and fines will be assessed.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is available but must be requested 48 hours in advance. Note: If outdoor temperatures are below 50°F, the pool heater may struggle to maintain temperature.
- Use of on-site amenities, such as the pool and hot tub, comes with caveats regarding environmental temperature and guest responsibility for safety.
