- Events or parties require prior written approval and additional fees. Unauthorized events will result in shutdown and fines.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
- Fireworks and open fires are not allowed in the community.
- 8 amenity wristbands are provided, mandatory for access and must be worn at all times. Extra wristbands are not available; children under 5 do not require wristbands.
- Parking passes are required for the use of community amenities. Up to 8 cars can park onsite, with all vehicles needing to display passes.
- Trash must be taken to the community compactor, as there is no private trash collection service.
- Community amenity rules and schedules may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Credit card fraud is reported and prosecuted diligently.
