- Maximum occupancy and parking limits are strictly observed, with up to 12 cars allowed onsite. No parking on the grass or street.

- Guests bringing their own boat are advised to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts and their vessel’s specifications, as there is no lift, and the property is located on a busy channel.
