Pool and Amenities

- The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not include jets.
- The spa can only be heated when the entire pool is heated, and both will remain at the same temperature.
- Pool heating works through a heat exchange system, so performance may be limited in cold weather and may be temporarily unavailable when safety systems activate.
Housekeeping and Property Care
- Please place trash in the plastic bench or dumpster each day to help keep the home tidy.
- Daily housekeeping is not included during the stay.
- Additional charges may apply if the owner needs to arrange repairs or extra cleaning due to non-compliance with property guidelines.
Deliveries
- Standard postal deliveries may be returned to sender, as vacation homes may not be recognized as regular mailing addresses.
