Description
This spectacular 11-bedroom, 13-bathroom vacation home in Orlando offers 7,200 sq. ft. of fun, comfort and space for up to 28 guests. Designed for large families and groups, it features a grand great room with elegant lounge seating, an open-plan kitchen with generous prep space and bar seating, plus a spacious dining area that seats 16. The home is packed with entertainment, including a private ski simulator, a classic arcade games room, an upstairs games loft with a pool table, darts, ring toss and a word-game wall, and a home theater with surround sound and plush recliners. Guests can also keep active in the private gym, complete with an all-in-one training system, stationary bike, elliptical and free weights.
Outdoors, the private pool area is made for relaxed Florida days, with a hot tub, mini waterslide, sunloungers, foosball, ping-pong, poolside basketball, a covered lanai, outdoor kitchen and alfresco dining space. Younger guests will love the two imaginative themed bunk rooms, including an underwater adventure room with submarine-style beds and a whimsical playhouse-inspired room with a twisty slide. The remaining bedrooms are stylish and comfortable, with a mix of king, queen and double beds across the home. Guests also enjoy access to resort-style amenities including a community pool, recreation areas, walking paths, green spaces, tennis courts, a lazy river and a fitness center. Set in Orlando’s vacation home corridor, the property is well placed for world-famous theme parks, shopping, dining and everyday essentials.
Please Note: Renovation works to the Lazy River, swimming pool and hot tub will be taking place at Solterra Resort from September through mid-December, 2026. During this period, these amenities may be unavailable for guest use. Please inquire with a Sales Agent for more information.

I want to take this time to say that what we experienced at top villas was beyond our expectations. From the home to the service. I couldn't have been happier. Any issues was addressed right away without issue. The house was beautiful and had everything you would need for a pleasant stay. Each room had its own unique design. Game room and pool area is set up for great family fun. I look forward to coming back and referring people to Top villas.
We are a large family with kids. Hotels don't work for us. This was perfect options. We get a large house, all family stays together. Kids have fun and cost the same as the hotel rooms if we booked it individually for each family. The memories are exceptional.
