We recently stayed at Bears Den 1602 at Reunion Resort and had a fantastic experience. We are a family of four with older children (16 and 20), and this time we weren’t looking to do the theme parks—we just wanted peace, quiet, and quality family time. This property was absolutely perfect for that. The modern décor was what initially attracted me to the home, and it did not disappoint in person. The house had everything we needed: a private swimming pool for relaxing afternoons, a pool table and games room for fun family competitions, and a stunning theater room. Although the home has five bedrooms, we only used three, and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom—such a great feature for comfort and privacy. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt like a peaceful retreat, yet we were still close to restaurants and shops when we wanted to venture out. The service from Top Villas was second to none—they were attentive, professional, and made everything seamless from booking to check-out. Overall, Bears Den 1602 exceeded our expectations and provided exactly the relaxing getaway we were hoping for. We would highly recommend it to families looking for a beautiful, modern, and well-equipped home in Reunion Resort.

The house was immaculate upon arrival and looked exactly like the photos. Many activities for kids and adults to enjoy - we all especially loved the movie theater room, game room, and hanging out and grilling by the pool. The community itself is beautiful only a 15 minute drive to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney Springs. We also loved that there was a Publix nearby to load up on groceries throughout the week. Thank you for making our family vacation unforgettable!

The house was beautiful and had wonderful amenities for the adults and kids to enjoy. Everything was working as expected upon arrival, including the pool heat. The resort seems to be a safer and quieter venue than some other places we have visited in the past.
