Property and Parking Restrictions

A maximum of 5 cars is allowed per address, and vehicles must be parked on the driveway only. Street parking is not permitted, and vehicles parked on the street may be towed.

Use of Amenities

The BBQ grill is provided complimentary but must be cleaned and maintained by guests. Please note that no liability is accepted for equipment failure.
Pool heating is recommended from October 31 to March 31, and the spillover spa will only be heated if pool heat is added to the reservation.

Terms and Conditions

An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee is required to cover any reported accidental damage to the property and its contents.

Bears Den 1600 Hits it right on the Green for an Easy Tap In

This is the fourth time I've stayed at a Top Villas home in Reunion - but my first as the one doing all the paperwork (AND being entire trip organizer!). As any trip organizer knows - its a ton of work, but the Top Villas team made arrnaging, deposits and coordination a very smooth process. My seven fellow linksters all had a great time and all made numerous comments on how great was the house, the staff at the resort (especially Dick Lynch - no relation! - and the golf course team), along with ALL the serve staff at Tradition and Chophouse restuarants, and the Palmer/Watson pub areas were to the guests.

All activities are based on availability.

A compulsory daily resort fee is charged upon booking, this fee will cover all of your guests. This is included in your quote breakdown for your convenience.

To enjoy these amenities, membership must be pre-arranged with our guest experience team.

All Guests Pre-Registered: Ensure all of your guests (children 2+), are listed on the Guest List. All guests will then be registered with the Reunion Resort Front desk. To update your list, please email; [email protected]. Please do not go to the Front Desk unless all guest details have been given prior to arrival. All guests must have a wristband to gain access to the amenities.

Pick-up Amenity Wristbands: These are located at the Front Desk of the Reunion Grande located at 7593 Gathering Drive, Reunion, between 8 am and 11 pm, or at the outdoor drive thru pick up location located outside the convention center. The drive thru option currently does not have set hours, but if available, directive signs will be in parking lot and then guests don’t have to park or get out of their car to pick up their wristbands.

Note: If your wristband is lost a replacement wristband can be obtained at the Front Desk of the Reunion Grande for a $100 fee with validation that you are currently staying in a qualified home. If your band is damaged and needs to be exchanged, they can assist with this at no charge.

The Club Pools below require guests to have a Reunion amenity wristband may have to be shown to security on patrol.
