Stayed in July 2025
Perfect house for our trip. The three large primary bedrooms with en-suites were perfect for our group. We enjoyed the theater room and arcade. The kitchen was well stocked for meals prepared at home, the living areas were comfortable, and we loved the pool with its loungers. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious home base. The only suggestions to improve our stay would be the to provide more necessary amenities like dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and paper towels, etc.

Bears Den 1505 was amazing! Three granddaughters (age 5,6,8) loved the pool, game room, bunk beds and enjoyed being at the house as much as visiting parks. Very clean, fully stocked with kitchen necessities. Full size washer and dryer perfect. Grownups loved watching movies in theater room once kids were in bed. Top Villas was excellent to work with. Very responsive and thorough. The recommended character house visit was a huge thrill for the girls. We had a visit by Tiana and Batman. Would definitely stay again!
