The open-plan interior is ideal for gathering with family and friends, featuring a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen with double ovens, two refrigerators and generous prep space, plus both casual breakfast bar seating and a formal dining area. Five king bedrooms offer relaxing retreats, while three custom bunk rooms bring extra fun with imaginative dinosaur, fashion and wizard-inspired themes. Guests can also enjoy a galaxy-style home theater with reclining seating, a candy-themed games room with arcade-style entertainment and a pool table, plus a private home gym with cardio and strength equipment.
Outside, the home is made for sunny Florida days. The south-facing private pool and spillover spa are surrounded by a spacious sundeck with loungers, lounge seating and peaceful garden and golf course views. A covered lanai, outdoor kitchen, BBQ and alfresco dining spaces make it easy to enjoy meals in the fresh air, while the upstairs balcony provides a relaxing spot for sunrise or sunset. Additional comforts include air conditioning, central heating, Wi-Fi, smart and flat-screen TVs, cable or satellite TV, laundry facilities, parking, linens and towels. Perfect
Had a family get together to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. Showed up at Bears Den 1500 and was totally impressed. House matched the beautiful pictures and more. It was as if we were the very first renters. No wear and tear, everything was well designed, well maintained and clean. Almost like a Four Seasons property, great attention to detail, even the bed sheets were high end. And with so much to do in the house and resort, we only did one theme park during our one week stay. Perfect place for all ages.

Overall a great experience from start to finish. Helpful, informative, and professional concierge service to ease the planning and preparation for a large family gathering of 18 people for 1 week at a truly "grand" house. This was a vacation stay enjoyed by all (kids and adults) as the villa had something for everyone and a lot of items to be enjoyed collectively. The house was immaculate and provided wonderful spaces for such a large group. We have historically "consumed" hotels with our large group vacations but this provided so much more for everyone, it has altered our outlook for the next family vacation. The house and it's amenities impressed us all. A great place to stay !

The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on, ensuring restful nights after days filled with activities. The entertainment options within Bears Den 1500 were exceptional. The games room was a hit with both adults and children, offering a range of activities that kept everyone engaged. The cinema room provided a private theater experience, perfect for winding down with a favorite movie in the evenings. The outdoor area was a highlight of our stay. The pool was stunning, offering a refreshing oasis for relaxation and fun. We spent countless hours enjoying the sun, taking in the beautiful surroundings, and appreciating the meticulous landscaping that added to the serene atmosphere. Reunion Resort itself enhanced our experience significantly. The water park was a fantastic addition, offering thrilling slides and a lazy river that provided fun for all ages. Dining at the Grande Hotel lobby bar was a culinary delight, and we particularly enjoyed the exquisite sushi that was served. The quality and variety of food, combined with the elegant setting, made for memorable dining experiences. Overall, our stay at Bears Den 1500 was nothing short of perfect.
