- Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A $500 fee applies for any violations.
Pet Policy
- Pets are welcome with approval and a non-refundable fee. Rules for pets include no pets on furniture, picking up waste, and not leaving pets unattended unless crated. Additional cleaning or damage costs are the guest’s responsibility.
Parking
- Parking is permitted only in designated spots. Off-street parking or parking in neighbors' areas is not allowed.
Use of Amenities
