- No parties, events, or gatherings without written approval. Violation can result in immediate removal without refund.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property; a minimum $500 fee applies for any evidence of smoking.
- Pets are allowed but limited to approved dogs under 25 lbs. A $150 pet fee applies, and pet rules must be followed.
Guest Policies
- The reservation owner must be at least 25 years old.
- The exact number of guests must be listed. Maximum occupancy is 24 guests, with up to 16 adults over the age of 13.
- After the 16th guest, an additional fee of $50 per night per guest is applied.
- Early check-in or late checkout requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Security and Safety
- The property is equipped with a front camera and a NoiseAware system for security and noise monitoring.
- Vehicles must be parked in designated spots only; no parking on neighboring properties or lawns.
- Use of swimming facilities and other amenities is at the renter's own risk.
Noise and Neighborhood
- Guests should be respectful of the neighborhood and adhere to the city's noise ordinance. Loud noise is restricted between 10 pm and 7 am.
Fines and Penalties
- Any violation of maximum occupancy or noise policies could result in fines or immediate dismissal without refund.
- A $500 fine will be imposed for noise complaints or late checkout without prior approval.
