This gorgeous beach house offers a fully equipped kitchen which is ready for quick meals or for dinner parties. The kitchen offers quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, glass top stove and plenty of cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped with every needed utensil, kitchen appliance, crockery and glassware. This beautiful kitchen is complete with a quartz island that seats 4 guests. The kitchen opens up to the dining area and living area. The dining area seats 8 guests. Living area is fully equipped with comfortable seating, large flat screen TV and a Sleeper sofa. Enjoy casual outdoor dining under the covered lanai complete with a gas bbq grill as well.

- Elevator access may be available ONLY if approved and needed.
- The beach is a two minute walk. There is beach access around the corner from this property with a dedicated crosswalk at the corner.
- This property allows 1 small pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00
