Description
Villa Turquesa is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom beachfront villa in Playacar Phase I, Playa del Carmen. Sleeping up to eight guests, the villa combines direct beach access with ocean views, private pools and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces. Restaurants, bars and a grocery store are also within a 10-minute walk.
Inside, the villa has an air-conditioned living room with comfortable round-shaped furniture, a 42-inch plasma TV and a Bose home theater and surround sound system. The dining area features designer lighting, while the fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, a central island with wine cooler, a Viking refrigerator and plenty of cabinet space. A full range of appliances and cooking equipment is provided for preparing meals at the villa.
The bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind. The junior suite has a king-size bed, walk-in closet and ocean views, with direct access to the beach and pool. Another king bedroom includes its own bathroom, while the upper-floor master suite has a private lounge, mahogany walk-in closet and a his-and-hers bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub. The master suite also opens onto a terrace covered by a large palapa, with access to the rooftop plunge pool.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool overlooking the ocean and direct access to the beach, which is only a few metres from the villa. The rooftop plunge pool provides another place to relax, while beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and pool toys are provided. A charcoal barbecue and cooler are also available for outdoor meals and days by the water.
Villa Turquesa is well placed for exploring the surrounding area. Restaurants, bars and a grocery store are around 900 metres away, while golf, tennis courts and a gym are also nearby. Cancun International Airport is 55 km from the villa, and Tulum Town is approximately 65 km away.
