Stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa with sea views in St Jean.

Incredibly positioned, Alta Rocca offers amazing sea views and enough luxury living space to sleep up to six guests comfortably from a high position in St Jean. Inside highlights include a spacious, open-plan living and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a private home gym equipped with all the equipment necessary for guests to keep active during their stay, including a treadmill, stationary bike, and free weights. A gazebo houses an additional living area with an L-shaped sofa and formal dining table, with plenty of natural light filling this space due to the direct access to the pool terrace. On the pool terrace, you will find a private sea-facing infinity-edge swimming pool with a row of sunloungers provided for guests to work on their tans. This is the ideal location to bask in the beautiful vistas on offer, or to enjoy a dip to cool off from the Caribbean sunshine. All bedrooms at this property are en-suite, and two contain king-size beds, with the final bedroom offering two twin beds which may also be converted to a king-size bed upon request.
