Located on the western side of Pointe Milou, Villa Arawak offers a splendid view over the ocean, the bays of Lorient and St. Jean, and the surrounding islands, in addition to all year round sunsets. Tastefully decorated in white tones, the comfortable and bright living/dining area opens completely to the terrace, plunge pool and sea view.

The comfortable and bright living and dining areas open onto the terrace and the sea view. The villa is tastefully decorated in shades of white and natural wood tones. The kitchen is spacious and newly renovated, and opens onto a back terrace for alfresco dining.

The two bedrooms and their ensuite bathrooms are on either side of the living room, enjoying both seclusion and ocean views. A third bedroom with its ensuite bathroom was recently added. That bedroom is situated on a lower level. The front terrace surrounding the plunge pool overlooks the ocean and offers chaises for relaxing, sunbathing or admiring sunsets.
