Description
Aquamarina is a beautiful 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom luxury villa with fabulous sea views. Located on the east side of Ocho Rios, about ten minutes from the center of town. Aquamarina's renovation has included brand-new bathrooms, a professional kitchen, a new lap pool with a Baja ledge, a gym, and the remarkable new sandy cove. Entering the villa and walking into the main reception area, your eye is drawn to the bright blue Caribbean sea in the distance from the upstairs verandah, a perfect hangout for morning coffee or evening sundowners. This upper floor has four bright sunny bedrooms, each with modern en-suite bathrooms and a private balcony or access to the main upstairs verandah. There is also a comfortable sitting area with large screen TV for a movie or game nights and a half bathroom.
Down a half-spiraled staircase brings you into the inside dining area which leads and then directly onto the lovely large, covered terrace that surrounds the front of the villa. The beautiful infinity edge lap pool sits front and center with multiple lounge chairs and comfortable seating and dining. Just 69 easy steps down to the private sandy beach and cove, this is the jewel of Aquamarina. On your way down, passing the ocean-edge gym and deck, you find yourself on the white sandy beach, edged by crystal clear calm water in the cove. There is also a sun deck and a gazebo, and the beach is dotted with Almond trees, which provide lovely shady spots to lie and relax.
