Description

Located on the prestigious Ocean Drive Avenue within the Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort in Barbados, Howzat! is an elegant six-bedroom, six-bathroom holiday villa offering uninterrupted views over the 13th fairway and the island’s western coastline.

The main level features two twin en-suite bedrooms, a study, and two spacious sitting areas that open directly onto a covered terrace. Adjacent to the living spaces is a fully equipped modern kitchen with high-end appliances including double ovens, espresso and Miele coffee machines, a wine cooler, and an 8-seater dining area, making it ideal for both entertaining and relaxed family living.

Upstairs, the master suite and a second guest bedroom enjoy panoramic sea and golf course views. These rooms share a private, lockable walk-in wardrobe and a shared balcony, and are furnished with king-size beds with the option of air conditioning or ceiling fans.

The outdoor living space is centred around a covered dining terrace for up to eight guests, along with a relaxed seating area perfect for reading or afternoon tea. This leads onto a pool deck featuring an infinity-edge swimming pool and outdoor shower.

A separate self-contained guest cottage provides additional privacy, offering two twin en-suite bedrooms (convertible to king), along with a kitchenette, lounge area, and entertainment facilities including a TV and DVD player.

Guests benefit from access to a range of resort amenities, including a private gym, communal pool, rum shack, tennis facilities, golf access, and an exclusive beach club at Mullins Beach with a complimentary shuttle service. A golf cart is also provided for ease of movement around the resort. Holetown and nearby beaches are approximately an eight-minute drive away, offering shopping, dining, and local craft experiences.
