Ideally located overlooking the pond in the Forest Hills cluster within the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort, this delightful three-bedroom home is the perfect spot to spend your Barbados Holiday. Forest Hills 23 creates a tranquil atmosphere with views over the pond and through to the Caribbean Sea beyond. The main house is set over two floors and features an open-plan living and dining area upstairs, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen and an expansive outdoor patio featuring comfortable sunloungers and an alfresco dining area. Two of the property's bedrooms are located downstairs and both feature en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, air conditioning and private terraces in the garden space. The third bedroom is located in a stand-alone cottage to the east side of the property and features a king bed, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning throughout.

Effective May 1st, 2026 Royal Westmoreland Resort will charge a fee of USD $10 per person, per day to all guests staying on the resort, for use of the amenities. Payable directly to Royal Westmoreland on collection of resort passes. Guests may opt not to use the facilities and save this fee or, pay and have access however, choosing select days only is not an option. Fees will be charged to all guests already on property at May 1st, 2026 or arriving May 1st, 2026 onward and includes bookings made prior to this date.

Beach Club Access at Mullins Beach (Hurricane Beryl)

Please be aware that due to damages sustained during Hurricane Beryl, Larry Rogers Beach Club on Mullins Beach is closed indefinitely. Updates will be provided as they are received.

The beach is open and guests can get a chair, umbrella and towel from the beach attendants as necessary.
Parking at Singita Wellness is still open to guests with access cards.
Bathroom facilities are located across the street and are separate from Singita's bathroom.
SeaShed is located next door to Larry Rogers and will be open every day from 11:30am (always check directly wth SeaShed for changes to opening days/times), providing an option for meals and drinks (additional costs apply).
