- No smoking inside the property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are not allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- No parties or events without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use. Violation of noise ordinances may incur fines up to $10,000 per violation.
Use of Amenities
- The solar-heated pool is warm for swimming from April to October.
- The entertainment barn does not have air conditioning or heat.
- Note that the internet at this location can be irregular and inconsistent due to the location.
