- Events or parties are permitted only with prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties incur fines.
- Noise regulations are enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. Amplified sound audible within 50 feet is prohibited at all times. Violations can lead to fines up to $10,000.
- No speakers or sound systems are provided or permitted for use.

- Guests must adhere to the neighborhood's strict noise ordinance policies.
