- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Violations of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be fined.
- Guests must be over the age of 30 to book the property.
- The home is in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance, which is suitable only for quieter groups.
Use of Amenities
- The saltwater pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously. Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and is available for an additional fee.
- Only the 2nd floor has air conditioning, but heating is available throughout the home.
Additional Information
- Ongoing construction at the neighboring property may cause daytime noise.
