- Pool heating is not available from May 1 to October 1, and heated pools are limited to a maximum of 86°F
- Pool heat and spa heat cannot be used at the same time
- Summer desert temperatures may naturally increase the pool temperature
- Pool sun loungers do not include cushions
- The backyard gates may allow small dogs to pass through, so pets should be supervised outdoors
- Guests should be mindful of local wildlife, including insects, scorpions, and snakes, and avoid leaving doors or windows open
- Grass areas are unavailable for use through the end of October due to reseeding
