- Occupancy Limit: Maximum of six adults and their dependent children. Includes two additional guests with trifold mattresses available upon request.
- Events & Parties: Not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down, and fines will be applied.
Pet Policy
- Pets Allowed: A fee applies. Non-disclosed pets result in a $500 fine per pet.
Use of Amenities
- Pool Heat: Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and for the full duration of your stay. Not available from April 15th to October 1st.
- Pool Safety: No pool barrier fence; not recommended for children under 6. Door alarms are installed.
