You'll find 3 tier options available for the cabanas and premium seating, whilst the Big Kahuna cabanas offer 2 tier options to choose from:

Standard Cabanas (capacity for 6 to 8) includes: 2 loungers + 2 sofas, HDTV with cable, ceiling fan, WiFi, safe, mini fridge, dining table and chairs + optional extras (depending on the tier booked).

Big Kahuna Cabanas + XL Size (capacity for 16 to 20) includes: 6 chaise lounges + 2 XL cozy couches, 6 padded chairs, 2 Smart TVs, mini fridges, multiple ceiling fans, safe + optional extras are available (depending on the tier booked).

Do I need a wristband to use the water park?

Yes, wristbands are required for entering the water park and its facilities. These can only be obtained through renting an Encore Resort rental with resort membership.

Are pool towels provided?

Yes, towels are provided. When checking into the water park you'll be able to pick up a towel from the front desk. The policy is one towel per person.

What are the family facilities at Encore Resort Water Park?

Encore Resort’s water park is packed with fun, kid-friendly amenities designed for all ages. Little ones can splash around in the "Surfing Safari" splash area with tot-sized slides for kids under 48" tall or enjoy the "Splashers" pool play zone. Bigger kids and teens over 48" tall can take on the excitement of the park’s 3 main water slides. Families can join in on the daily events of the water park activity program or enjoy one of the lively kids' pool parties, whilst families can unwind and snooze away under the shade of one of the family-friendly cabana rentals.

The lagoon pool is monitored by lifeguards during peak season, and convenient amenities like lockers, a sundries shop with inflatables, an air-conditioned indoor games room, on-site food and drinks, and a pop-up ice cream shop add hassle-free vibes and fun to your water park day.

Yes, lockers are available to rent to enable you to store your valuables and personal items.

Can I bring food and drink in?

No, the water park does not permit food and drink from outside. Food and beverages can be ordered when renting a cabana and from the on-site "Bis Grill".
