The huge lagoon-style pool features stepped entry, a seasonal lifeguard and a palm-fringed poolside lined with sun loungers. Covered poolside cabana rentals with dining and spa service are also available, whilst the water park's "Bis Grill" serves up tasty dishes and thirst-quenching beverages.

Do I need membership to access the Encore Resort Pool?

Yes, by booking an Encore Resort villa with resort membership you will unlock unlimited access to the first-class amenities - this includes the 10-acre Encore Resort water park with pool! The Encore Resort membership is a must for villa guests looking to fully maximize their stay at Encore Resort.

Do I need a wristband to use the pool?

Yes, wristbands are required for entering the water park and soaking up the communal pool. These can only be obtained through renting an Encore Resort rental with resort membership.

Are pool towels provided?

Yes, towels are provided. When checking into the water park you'll be able to pick up a towel from the front desk. The policy is one towel per person.

Is there a Sundries shop?

Yes, the water park is equipped with a sundries shop, stocked with kids' pool inflatables, swimsuits, towels, sunscreen and more.

Are lockers available?

Yes, lockers are available to rent to enable you to store your valuables and personal items.

Can I bring food and drink in?

No, the water park does not permit food and drink from outside. Food and beverages can be ordered when renting a cabana and from the on-site "Bis Grill".
