Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is EPCOT’s headline coaster and one of its biggest thrill attractions. The enclosed ride features a reverse launch and vehicles that rotate to direct riders towards the action as they travel through an intergalactic adventure accompanied by music. The changing soundtrack also means repeat rides can feel slightly different depending on which song accompanies your journey.
Guests must be at least 42 inches tall.
Test Track
Test Track combines futuristic transportation technology with a high-speed ride through indoor and outdoor sections. The current version explores innovation and the future of mobility before ending with its signature fast outdoor run. It is a particularly good choice for visitors who enjoy speed but prefer to avoid the inversions of a traditional roller coaster.
Riders must be at least 40 inches tall.
Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure
Located in the France Pavilion, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure shrinks guests to the size of Remy for a trackless journey through oversized scenes inspired by the movie.
There is no minimum height requirement, making this one of EPCOT’s strongest headline rides for families. Its position within World Showcase also makes it easy to combine with time exploring the France Pavilion.
Frozen Ever After
Frozen Ever After is a boat ride through Arendelle featuring Anna, Elsa, Olaf and other familiar characters.
The attraction has no minimum height requirement, although there are some backwards movements and a small drop. Fans of Frozen will also recognize several songs and settings from the films throughout the ride.
Soarin’ Across America
Soarin’ lifts riders high in front of an enormous projection screen to create the sensation of hang gliding over landscapes and landmarks.
For 2026, EPCOT is running the limited-time Soarin’ Across America experience. The elevated seating, sweeping visuals and accompanying effects make it feel immersive without being one of EPCOT’s more intense rides.
Guests must be at least 40 inches tall.
Mission: SPACE
Mission: SPACE offers two versions of its simulated space-flight experience.
The Orange Mission is considerably more intense, using spinning and G-force effects, while the Green Mission provides a gentler experience. Choosing between the two missions allows groups to tailor the experience to how comfortable they are with motion and more intense simulator effects.
Guests must be at least 40 inches tall.
Spaceship Earth
Spaceship Earth takes guests inside EPCOT’s iconic geodesic sphere on a slow-moving journey through the history of human communication.
There is no minimum height requirement, making it an easy ride to fit between EPCOT’s faster attractions. Its central location near the park entrance also makes it convenient to experience at the beginning or end of your day.

Seas with Nemo & Friends
Board a “clamobile” and travel through scenes inspired by Finding Nemo before emerging into EPCOT’s huge aquarium environment.
There is no minimum height requirement. After the ride, families can continue exploring the surrounding aquarium exhibits and marine life without needing to move to another part of the park.
Journey Into Imagination With Figment
Journey Into Imagination With Figment is a colorful, playful attraction built around the five senses.
It is gentle, indoors and suitable for guests of any height. The playful theme and familiar Figment character make it particularly suited to younger children looking for something lighthearted.
Living with the Land
Living with the Land is a slow boat journey through greenhouses showcasing agriculture, plants and different approaches to food production.
It is particularly useful during hotter parts of the day and has no minimum height requirement. The working greenhouses also give the ride an educational element that sets it apart from EPCOT’s character-led attractions.
Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros
Hidden inside the Mexico Pavilion, Gran Fiesta Tour is a gentle boat ride following Donald Duck, José Carioca and Panchito through scenes inspired by Mexico.
There is no minimum height requirement and waits are often easier to manage than EPCOT’s headline family attractions. Its indoor setting also makes it a useful break while exploring World Showcase on a hot or rainy afternoon.
EPCOT Thrill Rides
EPCOT has four main attractions that are best suited to guests looking for something more energetic.
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is the closest EPCOT comes to a major traditional coaster, combining speed, rotation and a reverse launch.
Test Track delivers the park’s big speed-focused experience, while Mission: SPACE Orange can feel particularly intense because of its spinning and simulated G-forces.
Soarin’ Across America also has a 40-inch restriction, although the experience itself is far gentler and focuses on the sensation of flight rather than speed or drops.
EPCOT Rides With No Height Requirement
Seven of EPCOT’s 11 main rides currently have no minimum height requirement:

Lightning Lane for EPCOT Rides
Lightning Lane can be useful at EPCOT if you want to reduce the amount of your day spent in standby queues.
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is currently a Lightning Lane Single Pass attraction and is not included with Multi Pass.
For Lightning Lane Multi Pass, guests can currently choose up to one advance selection from:
- Frozen Ever After
- Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure
- Test Track
The remaining advance selections can come from a second group that includes attractions such as Soarin’ Across America, Mission: SPACE, Spaceship Earth, Living with the Land and The Seas with Nemo & Friends. Availability and selections can change.

Best Order to Ride EPCOT Attractions
The best order depends partly on which EPCOT entrance you use.
Entering through EPCOT's main entrance
If you enter at the front of the park, consider prioritizing Test Track or another headline attraction around World Discovery, before queues become heavier.
From there, work through the attractions around World Celebration and World Nature, before moving deeper into World Showcase.
Entering through International Gateway
International Gateway brings you into World Showcase, between the France and United Kingdom pavilions.
This makes Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure an obvious early choice, as the France Pavilion is immediately nearby. You can then continue through World Showcase towards Frozen Ever After, before moving into the front half of EPCOT.
A sensible priority order for a full day could be:

Tips for EPCOT Rides
Arrive early. The first part of the morning is one of the best opportunities to experience a major attraction before queues grow.
Prioritize the rides that matter most. Trying to follow a fixed route can waste time if waits change, so choose three or four must-do attractions instead.
Check height restrictions before you travel. EPCOT only has four restricted rides, but knowing which members of your group can ride them makes planning much easier.
Use your entrance strategically. International Gateway is ideal for reaching Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, while the main entrance is better positioned for the front of the park.
Keep checking live waits. Attraction queues can rise and fall considerably throughout the day.
