- Events or parties are not permitted without prior approval. Unauthorized events will be stopped and a fine will be imposed.
- Adherence to occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) is mandatory. Violating noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.

- The driveway accommodates up to 6 cars.
