- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Violating the no-smoking policy results in a $300 fee and potential forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am are enforced. Violations of noise ordinances can incur fines up to $10,000.
- Unauthorized events or parties are prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down with a fine assessed.
- Pets are allowed for a fee. A fine of $500 per undisclosed pet brought into the home without approval will be applied.
- The community pool is not heated.
- The boat dock is suitable only for "shallow style" boats due to shallow water. Caution is advised when using the dock.
