Description
Cascina La Valle is the pearl of the farm estate of the same name. Its geographical position is particularly interesting as it is located within two UNESCO World Heritage sites: the "Sacri Monti (Sacred Mountains) of Piedmont and Lombardy", due to the presence of the Sacro Monte of Crea, and the "Vineyard Landscape of Piedmont: Langhe-Roero and Monferrato". Cascina La Valle is surrounded by 17 hectares of land made up of truffle trees that produce the culinary treasure of Monferrato, the white truffle of Moncalvo certified by the Piedmont Region, as well as vineyards and orchards. The property is accessed through an automatic entrance gate, made of cedar of Lebanon wood, which leads to the courtyard which is artfully illuminated in summer evenings. The property is a typical, late 19th century Piedmont-Monferrato farmhouse, with an older vaulted part dating back to the Middle Ages, on 2 floors for a total of about 600 sq m. The renovation was completed in 2013 respecting the architectural characteristics and was equipped with Capoferri fixtures composed of large sliding glass doors (with electric mosquito netting) from where you can admire the unique panorama that the countryside offers.
