Casale Verdicchio is located in the little borgo of Montecarotto, in the province of Ancona, and owes its name to the fact that it lies in the area where the renowned Verdicchio wine is produced. The house, completely renovated in 2005 in respect of the original design of the old farmhouse and in accordance with the anti-seismic regulations, has been completed with high-quality recycled materials such as stones, bricks and roof tiles, wooden ceiling beams and handmade Tuscan terracotta floor tiles. For the interior furnishings, simple and natural materials have been chosen such as untreated wood and paint, a rustic look synonymous with comfort and functionality. Casale Verdicchio offers a holiday of privacy and relaxation, immersed in the green countryside and far from the chaos of the city while allowing, thanks to its proximity to interesting borghi, exploration of the typical values and flavours of the Marche region.
