Casa Valentina is a welcoming three-bedroom retreat in Porto Istana, Sardinia, set within the beautiful Gulf of Olbia and just 300 metres from one of the island’s most enchanting beaches. Designed across a single floor, this 50 sq.mt home sleeps up to 6 guests in three double bedrooms, making it a lovely choice for families or friends seeking a relaxed coastal escape. The bright Mediterranean-style exterior is surrounded by a generous private garden, creating a peaceful setting away from the bustle of city life. Inside, the open-plan living area connects easily with the outdoor spaces and includes a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, WiFi, satellite TV and air conditioning in the bedrooms. There are two bathrooms with showers, one of which also includes a washing machine.
The outdoor areas are a real highlight, with landscaped gardens, natural greenery, olive and mimosa trees, lemon trees and lovely garden views. Guests can enjoy alfresco meals beneath the large umbrella, cook on the charcoal BBQ, or unwind in the shaded gazebo during warm summer days. A secluded hot tub offers a relaxing spot to soak after a day at the beach, while the roof terrace with sofas provides an inviting place to admire the surrounding landscape. The property also offers parking, a dishwasher, dryer, iron and ironing board, and welcomes pets.
