The 3-bedroomed Cala San Vicente 1 is a welcoming and stylish villa with private swimming pool ideally located within the sought after resort of Cala San Vicente, with its 3 sandy bays and crystal clear waters just a short stroll away. Sleeping up to 6 guests in comfortably furnished interiors, the villa is air-conditioned and is the perfect choice for all those guests looking for a truly Mallorcan holiday without the need to rely constantly on a car. The bays forming Cala San Vicente (named respectively Cala Clara, Cala Barques and Cala Molins) are a charming jewel of Mallorca, still hidden to the mass tourism, and the perfect place to relax and unwind in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Inside, the villa is modern, conveniently set over one floor and carefully finished to offer an unforgettable holiday surrounded by all comforts. There is a large lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area, with big patio doors opening straight to the poolside patios and gardens with lawn, shrubs, pine trees. The purposely-built kitchen has all the necessary appliances for a self-catering holiday and the lounge has comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels), DVD player. There are 3 bedrooms in total, one double and 2 twins, as well as 2 large bathrooms with shower. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms is available at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am. The upper floor of the villa belongs to another ownership and does not share the gardens or the pool that remain for exclusive use of the guests staying at Cala San Vicente 1.
Outside, the villa offers the unbeatable bonus of exclusive gardens with lawn and mature trees, as well as a private swimming pool. Deciding wether to stay by the pool or enjoying a stroll down to the beach will be a hard choice! The pool measures 4m x 3m and depth is 1.8m- 2.10m. Sunbeds and shades are provided to the guests.

Cala San Vicente (also known as Cala Sant Vicenç) is a small, tranquil resort on the northwest coast of Mallorca, nestled between dramatic cliffs and crystal-clear coves. This hidden gem offers a more peaceful and intimate escape, perfect for those seeking natural beauty and a slower pace. The area is home to four small beaches, Cala Barques, Cala Clara, Cala Molins, and Cala Carbó, each with turquoise waters, soft sands, and incredible views. Cala Molins is the largest and most popular, ideal for swimming and sunbathing, while the others offer quiet spots for snorkelling and relaxation. Surrounded by the Tramuntana mountains, Cala San Vicente is also a great base for hiking and exploring nearby trails.
